We’d love to tell you all about the many health benefits of bulletproof coffee, but we don’t understand them. We just know this shit is good for your brain and your bod; at least that’s what they tell us.
But for reals, this bulletproof latte packs a nutritional punch (helloooo heathy fats) and gives you tons of energy with no crash. And let’s not forget about that enlightened brain buzz Brandi has dubbed Tingly Brain Syndrome.
- 2 cups hot coffee
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbs. unrefined coconut oil or butter
- 2 tbs. coconut MCT oil
- ½ cup frothed almond milk
- Before brewing: combine cinnamon and coffee grounds, then use your favorite method to brew coffee.
- In a blender combine coffee, coconut oil, and MCT oil. Blend on high until creamy.
- Pour coffee in two of your best mugs, top with frothed almond milk.
